Do any of you work out, and how often do you work out? Are you a part of a gym or do you just work out at home?
I'm a member of L.A. Fitness. I try to go at least twice a week but sometimes I'm just too lazy or I'm too busy to go, which makes me sad because I really need to keep in shape. However I just started a couple months ago so I'm not really sure what to do. I've done basic weight-lifting classes over summer school a couple years ago but other than that, I'm dead meat in the gym

So I'm considering getting a personal trainer.
