Do you like cycling? indoor cycling or outdoors?
I love indoor cycling, but I don't bike outdoors much anymore. I enjoy spinning classes. They are alot of fun and very high energy. I burn so much fat and lose so much weight, and it has benefited me greatly. I spin every day when I can, and I am able to lose 2 pounds per day, and it really adds up. One session can burn 600 calories, so it is definitely not a waste of time for me.
