Do you eat out of emotion? Eat smaller portions
I don't think that I do anymore. I used to do that when I was younger. If I had a serious problem I would overeat out of stress. Luckily I manage and cope with my stress well enough. I tend to not eat when I am so stressed, annoyed, and tired. I might still eat a little more if I am in the mood and I know I am not gaining, but I don't overeat , I tend to eat smaller portions.
