Exclamation Diet Wisely - Stretch marks in skin and muscle tenderness

So on a diet? Beware. Don't trust those crappy websites which makes you starve. A crash diet may put you in deep trouble.

When you are on a diet, the body utilizes excess fat for the metabolic activity. But there had been complains even about sudden calorie cutdown diet plans, even though it does provide enough nutrient. About 20-30% developed stretch marks in skin and muscle tenderness. And the worst one is Sciatica - A neurological disorder, where the sciatic nerves gets compressed and causes severe pain ranging from Buttock to thigh. It causes mysterious pain, and which may eventually lead to disk degeneration.

Sounds scary? Believe me, it's not a hoax, because i am myself a victim. So please do take this facts into mind before you start a weight loss diet.

Never compromise on the nutritional value of the diet - Take care to include all veggies and fruits in it

Drink milk at least once in 2 or 3 days



Take care that you go the natural way - Don't believe those smut supplements.

Have a serving of Protein rich pulses - It really helps

Have plenty of Fish with Omega 3 fatty acids (Don't worry, Omega 3 fatty acids are essential)

Pasta is a good idea (Without additional fat) - it contains complex carbohydrates - that sounds better.

Wholemeal bread is a must - It's the dietitians choice!

Add these tips. I hope this plan looks good enough. All the best with your diet

I pretty much starved and detoxed for a whole year. It was not alot of fun!
I used to gain alot easier when I was detoxing, becuase my body was not used to food. I do alot better now, and I do eat at least 1000 calories per day now. I find that I do not gain weight this way, and my metabolism is alot faster. I am able to lose so much weight in only a week, due to the fact that I am not starving myself, and my body is used to food. Sometimes I forget to eat, so I try to make sure I am eating soemthing every few hours.
