Depression is another problem people find very difficult to deal with. Most times depression is rampant with people who are not outgoing (introverts), they recoil into their shells and want to be alone in their world and at such times they tend to be moody and this causes a lot of health damages.
But I think one can overcome depression if one can find out their temperament weaknesses and how to overcome them.


I used to suffer depression until I got to find out that it is a weakness I can conquer by trying to engage myself each time the sign comes.

I may go out or crack jokes with my friends or do something that will make me feel better, so i think someone else can do something to fight depression.
So peeps, someone can help us out with some ways of fighting depression.
