I prefer coffee to tea.
As I was a child, whenever I got sick ( some virus infection, throat problems etc) I was obliged to drink tea. Later on, years after that, I really did my best to start drinking tea. But every time I see the tea package I remember lying in the bed, with some fever, drinking it.
That's why I started drinking coffee and got used to it.

Actually I like both of them, but if you were asking me to choose only one I would take tea.
I got used since I was young to drink a cup of tea in the morning before school, I recently started drinking coffee also because I got too tired, but tea is the drink that I grew up on it (yes yes, even chocolate milk powder).

I don't know if any of you guys experience this but anytime I take in coffee, I keep on experiencing hallucinations and bazaar dreams. Both coffee and tea contain huge amounts of caffeine and if you continue overdosing these substances in your body, that could be very harmful.

Tea, especially sweet tea. Coffee I just don't think it's healthy. Regular coffee is gross and by the time I had all my sugar and creme I might have well been drinking ice cream. Tea also wakes me up and is just comforting on a cold day!

Coffee seems to be a favored beverage by many in the fast paced 21st century lifestyle we all hold.

But coffee is not the answer, although for some its their main anti-oxident intake and it does stimulate phase 1 of the liver detoxification it has mild vasoconstrictive properties and can really mess the adrenal glands.

Tea and white/green in particular is a better and healthier choice. White is a great source of antioxidants which can ward of heart disease, gum disease due to the fluoride and anti-bacterial properties plus many other chronic diseases.

Most become dependent on coffee just to stimulate their adrenals into producing cortisol to get going throughout the day which is a bad routine to get into.

i guess everybody has opposite opinion because i like tea over coffee.. there are few reasons..

1. coffee is stronger
2. taste
3. 1 coffee is equivalent to 10 cup teas

I personally prefer tea than coffee. The reason of that choice is because i
always heard that coffee is not healthy but i'm not too sure on that. i also
like tea because sometimes it has a bitter and/or sweet taste..
but that's just me. everyone has there opinions

i'd prefer coffee without a doubt and without a second thought. ever since coffee was introduced to me a few years back, i've been in love, hooked and mesmerized with it. i could never trade it for any other kinds of drinks. how i love the sweet aroma of a brewed coffee, its the perfect drink.

Tea is better than coffee
it's the best thing to counter your thirst for a sufficient period of time ya believe me. Also it comes cheap that is also a deciding factor
After having these two i would definitely prefer tea for the better taste and feel it has

Though you wouldn't think it, tea actually has more caffeine in it. So coffee is probably better for you. But i can't help loving tea, with a little bit of cream on top and two sugars. I've never really got the hang of coffee, if i have to I'll take a machine coffee.

I prefer tea over coffee. Coffee can be harmful sometimes, but tea helps a lot.

I love tea, and dipping in biscuits and cookies, tastes great. I simply love it. Coffee is also very helpful when I seem to feel very sleepy and in need to wake up. But I always love tea.

Since the vast majority of my job involves working hard with computers for nine hours a day life without tea is almost unthinkable (believe me staring at a screen constantly can be very tiring). I realize that drinking so much caffeine is not particularly healthy but I’m consuming about eight cups a day at the moment. Is there any major long term risk if I keep drinking tea at this level do you think?

When it comes to tea vs coffee its gotta be tea every time

I am hopelessly addicted to tea. Not so much with coffee as i am a raging insomniac even without it. Also tea is known to be a good anti - oxidant hence good for you.
green tea is supposed to be the best for ones health only it didn't taste so horrible. :p

Preference ? Green Tea (COLD). Coffee is very bad for you, and it's proven.
Besides, for me it barely works. Green tea is great for you, and, of course has antioxidants as well.

Prefer tea more than coffee.

Here are just several tea benefits :
numerous studies have demonstrated the anti-cancer properties of antioxidant polyphenols.Tea's polyphenol may reduce the risk of gastric, esophageal and skin cancers, if one consumes 4 to 6 cups daily. Another study shows that just 2 cups of tea may lower the risk of ovarian cancer by 46 percent in women. Polyphenols also help prevent blood clotting and lower cholesterol levels. Other Japanese study found that green tea lowers death rates from heart disease.

I enjoy both tea and coffee but I don't drink either of them very often. I used to drink several cups of coffee daily and I did so for many years but not so much anymore. Now, I only drink coffee 'once in a blue moon' and, as for tea, I pretty much only drink it when I'm sick with a cold or flu. When it comes to how I prefer 'flavoring' either of them, I prefer my coffee strong and black and my tea with both a little cream and sugar.

I prefer coffee over tea. The first and the foremost reason to that being that coffee is much more healthier than tea. There are also other reasons as well, because I have always loved coffee from my child hood and that may be the reason I am biased. But still if you look at the positive and negatives of both of these, you will find coffee will turn out to be a winner....Enjoying my coffee right now ~

I think that tea is better than coffee in every sense. However, on cold winter days, I prefer to go with a cup of coffee rather than a cup of tea because coffee will help keep my blood warm and make me active.

I prefer drinking TEA ...
It is better and it is 100% natural drink!
It has better taste and smell and you can drink it with honey!
The coffee is like drug! If you drink it soon you won't be able to stay awake the whole day without coffee!

This might make me sound like the stereotypical Brit, but I do love my cups of tea. I usually have about 5L per day. Might sound like a lot but it isn't really when you consider that tea is all I ever drink most of the time. Plus it is really refreshing.

I only have coffee once in a while, usually for a change and usually with a bit of rum or Baileys.

I actually prefer drinking coffee only because it has more of a taste. But, tea is much better for you to have. Drinking a cup of coffee though every day will not hurt you.

Which one is better depends on in which way you mean, as far as health goes tea is the superior beverage as small quantities of caffeine can actually be healthy, as well tea contains antioxidants. However, if your asking which is better to say stay awake coffee is the winner as your average cup of coffee can contain anywhere from 65-100mg of caffeine per cup whereas tea contains approximately 30-40mg of caffeine

Coffee and tea are two different drinks. When it comes to health benefits, tea is healthier than coffee. Are you aware that tea helps reduce heart disease?
