Yes, you're right , Coca cola is not at all a healthy drink , I knew that for quite some time ( I used to drink every day in the past for its caffeine content , however as soon as I learned was toxic I'd quit ) and informed my family ,too . But I must recognize that once in a while we would drink a bottle or two for a change .

I've started to get away from cola drinks few years back. Especially that I get hyperacidity after drinking a can of cola. I prefer drinking fruit juices which are healthier!

I remember years ago a classmate did a science project on the effects of cola on your teeth. Let’s just say the results were not in the soft drinks favor hehe.

Cola is also bad because of one of its main ingredients: SUGAR. Believe it or not sugar is one of the most dangerous things that you can put into your body. I could go on and on about the dangers of sugar but I'm sure google can do a better job, but here's something for you guys to think about:
