A Good Night's Sleep is important physically and psychologically
Nowadays, adult seem to not recognize the important of sleep. Most of us sleep late at night around 12.00 a.m. Even, there are a lot of people that wake up around 3.00 to 4.00 am. Just to watch football match or other sport. They seem to forget the rules of minimum of 6 hours sleep daily. That factor makes them to have less energy in the morning.
No doubt, other factors that influence people to sleep late is heavy responsibilities and tasks in our daily lives. Some people bring along their unfinished jobs at work to their homes. High costs of living make them hold a lot of responsibilities for their families and kids. Sometimes, the burden increase when involved in bad relationship and bad traffic jam.
To get good sleep, try to off television and loud music that disturb our good sleep. Light reading before sleep also enable us to get good sleep. Good sleep together with good breakfast in the morning help us to be more fit and energetic to go to work. Milk and fresh juice give good nutrient and vitamin to our body. It will make our job and daily life more manageable.
Conclusion, good sleep is essential in our life. Good morning will make our whole day become better. Good breakfast and enough sleep will help us ready in mental and physical to help us get through and get good daily life.
