Visit an African village and help them
To whom this may concern,
My name is Maryam and I'm 15 years of age. Recently, I have been interested in researching poverty in Africa and I came across your website. In the next couple of years, I want to visit an African village for a week and help them. I was wondering if that is possible and what villages there are that people visit to help? Yours, |

Hi Maryam,
It is possible to visit Africa and work in a village or community. A couple of friends of mine are going in February to a small village mainly populated with orphan children. You should do some research. Find an organization in your area that supports efforts in Africa. Reach out to them to see if they can help you organize something, or connect you with an organization that provide trips for volunteers. Also, look into mercycorps.org.
