Switch all old light bulbs to energy saving bulbs
I just switched all my"old" light bulbs to energy saving bulbs. Well, actualy i switched two of three light bulbs to energy saving. This saves me 1,2 kw/h a day; which means 0.5$ a day; 15$ dollar a month. And i paid only 5,99€ for three bulbs.
What about you guys here? What kind of light bulbs are you running? |

Mostly energy saving ones. When they burn out, I switch them.
I've learned turning things off when I don't need to use them and unplugging some stuff helps. |

I do own energy saving ones in my living room, however I hate the way the light looks. First of all it takes a long time for them to really light up and the light itself is way to yellow looking. It must the the kind I bought, but it really looks terrible. Say I'd be reading a book and I would barley be able to read anything from the terrible ligthing.
