I would like to help stop the Poverty and Hunger

Hello Cozay,
My name is Erika and I am in the United States. Ever since i was young, I wanted to be a helper in this world, not just another selfish person in this earth. Soon when graduate from highschool I am planning on becoming a doctor or in other words a life saver. When I am done in my studies I would like to go to Africa and HELP STOP THE POVERTY AND HUNGER. right now the only thing I can probably do is "spread the word." Can you guys just tell me how else I can help.

Poverty and hunger is the end result of something. Just like aids is the result of a promiscuous life style, poverty and hunger is the result of something. You cannot cure aids and you cannot cure poverty and hunger. Both of those end results must be dealt with at their root cause. The root cause of both of these conditions is basically a mind set. A way of life instilled in a society.

So Erika you would like to be a doctor, go to Africa and stop poverty and hunger? Good for you! All you can do is patch up the ravages and results of a mindset. Help a few if your lucky but never will you change Africa. If Jesus Christ, sent by God to his own nation, could not change the Jews how do you think you can do anything for your people. The reward Jesus got was to be tortured unmercifully for many hours until he died by the very people he was sent to help. That is the story time and again when you mess with with a people's culture, pleasure, religion or lifestyle.

When i was young like you I had the same ambition and dreams like you. Yes, I did a little good I think over three years taken out of my life but am really not sure if any of it lasted. I do know that after raising six children, guiding sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren in the ways of life, I have sent out into the world an example that if multiplied by these children will do more good for this world than trying to change a nation.

Choose your way Erika and find your notch in this world. What ever you do make it count and make it last. Finally, above all, do something that will last.

>> There are many ways and segments to assist people and lash a way poverty. Since 12 yrs I'm working in this field and feel the emergence in vivid ways. Only financial assistance cant elliminate poverty forever. Its require assiting to educate on social responsibility, own strength, culture and familly and local people bondage, use of own & local resource and more over update technology.
